Hello everyone, dear readers! Today the topic will be slippery and unpleasant, but very relevant. I decided to dedicate it to parasites, which are frequent "inhabitants" of our organisms. Just imagine that right now there is a stormy life in your blood, gut, under your skin. B-rr! He will shiver at the thought.
But today it has been scientifically proven that half of the planet's inhabitants are carriers of worms, of which there are about 200 species and "races". That is, in theory, you are also in the risk group. We donate tests, you see, not that often. We live for ourselves, we go to work, to coffee and to the cinema and we seem to be fine. . .
Please wait. All right? And chronic fatigue and a weird wet cough that doesn't go away for months don't bother you, diarrhea and constipation and other gastrointestinal tract disruptions? It's the same! But this is one of the signs of the presence of worms. Parasites in the human body cause a variety of symptoms. I also tried to summarize them in today's publication.
Long, round, flat and others
What human parasites do you know? Worms? Rather, it is their generalized name. But varieties are a huge slippery lump. Let's take it apart so we know who we're going to fight with.
- Nematodes living in the digestive system are the largest group. These include roundworms, side scrapers, whipworms, pinworms, and some others. Their photos can be viewed on the Internet "in stock". They come to us for the infamous unwashed hands, as well as for the unprocessed and dirty fruit and vegetables, for the undercooked meat and fish. If you have a cat or dog at home, the likelihood of your worms is much higher.
- The second type is tapeworm: broad tapeworm, echinococcus, pork tapeworm and bovine tapeworm. These helminths are much larger than the previous ones. Part of the large tapeworm can exceed 25 meters in length! Such worms can eat with their whole body, absorbing the substances they need inside you with their surface. They do not have a certain territory of residence in the body, as they freely travel throughout the body, also crawling into the brain and bone marrow. You can get infected by eating poorly fried meat or half-cooked fish. This is why I never buy these products on spontaneous, "out of the way" markets, because the vendors of these outlets have clearly not heard of any veterinary checks.
- Subcutaneous parasites (filamentous nematode, heartworm) live under the human skin. You can catch them in hot countries, for example in Africa or India, from flies, mosquitoes or bedbugs. They are often visible: on the skin you will see a strange swelling, which, when pressed, will slide off from under the finger.
- Fluke worms: fascilopsis, liver fluke and others. Their habitat is the intestine, liver, pancreas. The source is unboiled contaminated water, lightly salted, raw, poorly cooked fish.
- Tissue worms. They are found and are parasites in various tissues of our body, muscles, brain, connective tissues. You can become infected with animals, both wild and domestic: pigs, cats, horses, ducks and chickens.
Parasites in the human body: symptoms
Theoretically, each of the above types can make its own invisible attacks from within right now, and you don't even know it. Many live with worms inside and literally allow them to devour each other for several years, until an accidental analysis or physical examination by the doctor discovers their eggs in your analysis. These are silent parasites that not only feed on you, but also have time to multiply and release toxins.
I wanted to grab a test coupon right away, right? But first check for indirect signs of their presence. Don't panic right away and don't diagnose yourself. Many of these symptoms overlap with other medical conditions.
So, you probably have worms if:
- You are suddenly anemic. Have previously normal hemoglobin counts decreased significantly? This could indicate that it is helminths that steal your iron.
- You often feel sick for no reason and have strange abdominal pains. A detailed ultrasound examination in infected patients reveals many microcracks, ulcers, wounds on the intestinal mucosa and other organs. This can cause inflammation and pain.
- Now diarrhea, now constipation. Do you eat as usual and has the nature of your bowel movements changed dramatically? Constipation can be caused by giant worms or small worms that weave into a ball. They, like a cork, close the exit for the feces. Well, diarrhea is caused by microhelminths, which destroy sodium and chlorides, responsible for the normal consistency of the stool, diluting it.
- Breaks the body, bones and joints. Worms can cause inflammation in the periarticular muscles and, as a result, discomfort.
- Acne, eczema, warts and other skin problems, as well as the deterioration of nails and hair, are caused by the toxins released by parasites. Your liver cannot process so many harmful substances that it affects your skin and hair.
- Excessive thinness or rapid weight gain. Worms take away a lot of useful substances from us, losing them - we lose weight significantly, but they also eat sugar - and due to its lack, from time to time we snack and get fat.
- Release of gas and bloated stomach.
- Teeth grinding. They say that this is one of the most obvious signs, because in a dream our body is relaxed and asleep, and the worms do not sleep, so an unconscious reaction occurs - clenching and crunching their teeth.
- Poor immunity. Its decrease is due to the fact that the body has now launched all its defenses against parasites and simply no longer has strength for other viruses coming from outside.
- Drowsiness, lethargy, apathy and irritability with normal diet and rest. Worms brazenly steal from us almost all the minerals and nutrients we need: potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium. Their lack affects the nervous system and well-being.
- Itching. It usually intensifies at night, when worms accumulate in the anus to lay eggs. Doctors say it is at night that we can meet the worm "face to face", catching them in their dirty business.
- Incomprehensible cough without a cold.
Well, did you find 4-5 symptoms? To be honest, neither do I. And that only means one thing: it's time to go to the hospital to see a therapist, infectious disease specialist, immunologist or parasitologist. After a detailed examination, you will be prescribed the necessary medications.
Parasites in the human body: expulsion
Get ready to receive care for your entire family. The rest of the family is also likely to get infected, as parasites are transmitted very quickly through personal hygiene items, household items, and dishes.
Despite the fact that all medicines for worms are sold in pharmacies freely and without a prescription, it is not necessary to choose them yourself. Some of them only work on a certain type of worm and are completely useless against others. In addition, these drugs have many contraindications.
Antiparasitic prophylaxis of garlic
Treatment with folk remedies, which were used by our grandmothers, when there were no pills and pharmacies, is also widespread.
Now doctors recommend combining such home treatment with medical prescriptions, so we use all the herbs described below for prevention only.
- Anise tea is great to add to a warm bath. After sitting for about half an hour, you will get rid of a small handful of worms. They simply can't stand the pungent smell of this weed penetrating through your skin, but you'll have to put up with a little bit.
- Shamrock kills parasites with its acid. Therefore, feel free to chew the washed leaves in spring and summer.
- Normal raw pumpkin seeds are excellent helminths.
- Drink infused oak bark (200 ml - 2 tablespoons).
- Tansy also has a good anti-parasite effect. To prepare the broth, pour a tablespoon of its flowers with a glass of boiling water and insist in a closed thermos for 4 hours. Take a healing mixture, having previously filtered, 1 tbsp. spoon 4 times a day before meals.
- Eat more garlic, onions and horseradish. To worms, their pungent odors of death are similar and at the same time you will correct your broken immunity.
Don't think that one day all parasites will leave your body in a friendly formation of their own free will. They will live inside and feed on you for a long time, so it is best to start hunting them right away, otherwise in a couple of years you will have gray, earthy skin, brittle hair, digestive problems and a deficiency of all useful minerals. They'll eat you alive, so don't let them!
